A Note on the Rod’s Handle Colour
Our photos show a matching white handle set, including a white handle rod. Due to occasional non-availability of the white handle rod, we may substitute the same quality rod with a black handle in its place. Care Instructions
- Never sharpen on a machine – Machine grinding overheats the blade and damages the steel’s temper and edge.
- Always sharpen on a red stone or grinding stone, gently and by hand, for a clean, long-lasting edge.
- Use the included rod regularly to keep each blade aligned between sharpenings.
- Hand wash, rinse, and dry completely after each use.
